WiTT partners with MTSU, Lipscomb University, Belmont University, and Tennessee State University to provide mentors to female students in their technology related programs. WiTT volunteers help these students learn about the many career options in technology and support them along their academic journey and beyond.
The program kicks off in October after the college semester begins and ends when final exams start, around April. There will be a mix of formal events organized by WiTT and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Mentors and mentees are free to continue meeting beyond that timeframe if desired (in fact, we're hoping you will!).
