Emily Fisher, Associate Director, Enterprise Analytics
Emily is the Associate Director of Enterprise Analytics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), a team she joined in 2015. She leads a team of Analytics Consultants who support hospital and ambulatory leadership across the adult enterprise. Her team works to identify problems, develop solutions, present findings and monitor outcomes over time with key operational stakeholders. Emily has collaborated as a leader amongst multiple top initiatives such as patient flow, surgical growth and capacity management.
Cristina Ingram, Director, Enterprise Analytics
Cristina Ingram is the Director of Enterprise Analytics at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She joined the team in 2014. Her group supports leaders across the Medical Center with analytics solutions to meet their operational, strategic, and population health needs. The team partners with VUMC leadership to frame problems and uses analytics and reporting tools to present information in ways that enable decision making and track outcomes over time.
