Effective Communication in the Workplace
Learn how to implement DiSC in the workplace. A panel representative of the DiSC styles will discuss “A day in the Life” scenarios such as: communication, conflict and how their priorities influence their actions, motivators and stressors.

Speaker: Colleen Gavitt
Colleen Gavitt, founder of Patriot Coaching, LLC has resided in Tennessee for the past 8 years. She holds a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada along with a M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts – Boston. Her teaching career began 20 years ago in South Korea and later progressed to counseling students. After experiencing a life changing event, Colleen shifted gears and founded Patriot Coaching. Patriot Coaching offers life cycle management for organizations by providing hiring tools, along with team building and team assessment services.
