While many talented professionals are masters of their job, they often lack skills and confidence around navigating conflict successfully. Join executive coach Nicole Provonchee for an interactive session focused on honing your conflict resolution skills. Attendees will learn more about the most common “constructive” and “destructive” conflict behaviors that we all use in conflict and help you focus in on the healthiest approaches for you. Attendees will also learn about the common conflict handling behaviors found in the workplace and when to lean into each type for the best results.
