The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines the social determinants of health (SDOH) as “conditions in the places where people live, work, and play that affect a wide range of health and quality-of-life-risks and outcomes.” Join us as the experts discuss SDOH and how Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) can help decrease disparities in women’s health.
