Gender Representation in Tech Occupations

There is a lot of talk about the lack of female representation in tech, both nationally and at home. But what does the picture really look like for Greater Nashville? This talk will highlight the findings of two studies examining gender representation in the region. These studies, commissioned by the Greater Nashville Technology Council and Advancing Women in Nashville, provide detailed insights into local workforce demographics and compensation by occupation.
