Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to learn about Bridgestone’s IT transformation, meet members of Bridgestone’s talent acquisition team and join a mentorship program to learn more from Bridgestone’s IT professionals.
Bridgestone + WiTT Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program pairs WiTT members with an IT employee at Bridgestone as their mentor and would run through the end of the year. Please review application for more details. Deadline for application submissions is July 26. Ten lucky WiTT members will be selected to participate in the program.

More about Featured Speaker, Shannon Quinn:
Shannon Quinn is President, Original Equipment Tire Sales, U.S. and Canada, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations. In this role, Shannon provides strategic leadership for all original equipment tire activities in North America, including long-range planning, new business development, sales and operational initiatives, as well as marketing and program management. She joined Bridgestone in 2017.
Prior to joining Bridgestone, Shannon held the role of Vice President for the Ford Business Unit at Adient, a subsidiary of Johnson Controls Inc. While at Adient, she oversaw business development, commercial negotiations and the overall strategy for the Ford Global account. She also served as Vice President and General Manager, FCA Customer Group, Seating, for Adient, where she improved key customer scorecard metrics including cost, quality, delivery and engineering.
Prior to Adient, Shannon spent 11 years at Visteon Corporation where she led the Ford and Chrysler accounts and eventually assumed the position of Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Early in her career, Shannon spent nine years working for Ford Motor Company in various roles including manufacturing and product design.
Shannon earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
